You can teleport to Riven, beat Riven and get a key. You don't have to do the whole raid to get the key. As far as the loot goes there is nothing special in the chests other than the 1k voices.

Yes, absolutely. IMO it still has some of the best mechanics in all Destiny 2 raids, good legendary gear, and the strongest fusion rifle in the game, 1000 Voices.
