Moonveil has more range on it's specials compared to Uchigatana with it's standard Unsheath, but also costs more FP. Overall both weapons are great tbh. Despite all the hate that Moonveil gets, regular Uchigatana is basically on par with it. You need to have dedicated build for it to be good.It's still your best bet for an int/dex build, IMO.
