Hydroid rework.

Before Hydroid, there used to be Vauban, Ember and Wukong that were below him. Now, back then, these were truly garbage frames, especially Vauban. These were all reworked to be excellent or decent frames. Ember and Wukong became top-tier, while Vauban became just average. DE also looked at Hydroid very recently and gave him a small buff.It looks like Yareli and Grendel are getting relatively small tweaks… both of which I’ve asked for and am excited for. A fix for Grendel’s clunky cycling buffs, and a way to let Yareli shoot the enemies in her Riptide before it explodes. Yareli still needs a LOT more, but this is promising.
