God damn the crab raiders, fake skeletons and Reavers. There's a great spot near the lakes but the raids are fucking BUSINESS. You need a huge, 70s+ skill group with Masterwork everything to make it. Some of those raids make UC/HN raids look like a cake walk. It's also pretty close to Black Scratch which is IMO best city to trade with in the game.

Expanded cities should mean expanded content, not literally more buildings. The best examples I can think of are Black Scratch and Mourn.
