The actual wiring diagrams don't tell physical locations in the vehicle, which is what i need to know. I belive that one of these packs has worked itself loose and is causing some problems.

Super weird that cleaning a bunch of grounds caused those indications. I am going to call it good for now. Maybe the bent splicepack and dirty engine block ground were the cause of the no start issues.
